Plain language. No mystery. The shorter version: we collect only what we need to evaluate your property and reach you. We do not sell your data, ever. You can ask us to delete it anytime.

ProjectXRL is a real estate acquisition firm operating across the United States. References to "we," "us," or "our" mean ProjectXRL. References to "you" mean any visitor to this website or person who submits a property offer request.
When you submit a property offer request, we collect:
Contact information. Your name, phone number, and email address.
Property information. The property address you wish to sell, your relationship to it, and any context you choose to share about timeline or condition.
Optional context. Anything you write in the "anything we should know" field is captured as plain text.
When you visit this website, our hosting provider may automatically log standard server data (IP address, browser type, referring page, time of visit) for security and performance monitoring. We do not run advertising trackers, cross site fingerprinting, or third party analytics that profile individual users.
We use what you submit for one purpose: to respond to your offer request. Specifically, to:
Pull public records on the property (auditor data, recent comparable sales, any active liens or court filings of public record), match the property to one of our institutional buyer partners, prepare and deliver a written cash offer, and communicate with you about the transaction if you decide to proceed.
We do not use your information to send marketing emails about other services, build advertising audiences, or share with third parties for their own purposes.
Limited sharing happens for two reasons.
Institutional buyer partners. If we believe a buyer in our network is a fit for your property, we share property details (address, condition, your timeline) and your contact information with that buyer for the purpose of evaluating the transaction. We disclose the buyer's identity and profile in your written offer before any contract is signed.
Service providers. Title companies, escrow agents, and the platforms we use to host this website and process form submissions. These providers operate under their own privacy policies and only receive what is necessary to perform their service.
We do not sell your information to data brokers or third party marketers. Ever.
We may contact you by phone, text message, or email using the information you provide. By submitting an offer request, you consent to that contact for the purpose of evaluating your request and communicating about the potential transaction. You can opt out at any time. Reply STOP to any text, "unsubscribe" to any email, or simply tell us by phone. We will stop, and we will not call again.
If you do not engage further after submitting a request, we retain your information for up to twenty four months for record keeping and to honor opt out preferences. If we proceed to a transaction, we retain transaction records for the period required by applicable state and federal real estate and tax law, typically seven years.
You can ask us to delete your data sooner by emailing privacy@projectxrl.com. We will confirm deletion within thirty days, except where retention is legally required.
At any time, you can:
Request a copy of the information we have about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, opt out of all communications, or ask who we have shared it with. Reach us at privacy@projectxrl.com or by writing to the address in the footer of this page.
This website uses minimal cookies. We do not use advertising cookies. We do not run cross site tracking pixels. Your browser may store a session cookie for security purposes. You can disable cookies entirely in your browser settings without affecting your ability to use the site.
This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under eighteen. If you believe a minor has submitted information through our forms, contact privacy@projectxrl.com and we will remove it.
Form submissions are transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections. We follow industry standard practices to protect data in transit and at rest. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affecting your information occurs, we will notify affected individuals as required by applicable state and federal law.
We may update this policy. The current version is always posted on this page with an updated date. Material changes will be communicated to active customers by email.
Questions about this policy or how we handle your information go to privacy@projectxrl.com. We respond within five business days.
